Michelle leads our go-to-market teams at TKE Spare Parts, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Order Management, Warranty, and Catalog Management. She works closely with cross-functional teams to expand our catalog offerings, optimize material costs, and improve the field spare parts purchasing process—all with the goal of driving efficiency and delivering a better customer experience.

With over 17 years at TK Elevator, Michelle has held key roles in Collections, Project Management, and Operations Management across our Service, Repair, and MOD business lines. Before joining the elevator industry, she spent eight years as a licensed Realtor in Georgia, bringing a strong customer-focused approach to everything she does.

As a Georgia native, Michelle lives in Atlanta with her husband, their three-year-old son, and two rescue dogs.
