Senior Manager

Tonya is the onsite manager and leader of the Fulfillment teams for the TKE Spare Parts, including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Product Management, and Warehouse Operations. She is passionate about making things run smoothly and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. With a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, she leads the TKE Spare Parts team in enhancing service levels, streamlining fulfillment processes, and optimizing inventory management. Her goal is to make every interaction seamless and every order as accurate and timely as possible.

With 25 years at TK Elevator, Tonya brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge to her role. She’s dedicated to finding smarter ways to work while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything the team does.

Outside the office, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves kayaking and anything that gets her out in nature.
