With over 35 years in elevator parts sales—all with TK Elevator—she has built deep expertise in customer service and long-standing relationships across the industry.

Her dedication to excellence drives her team to provide reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly support every day. Whether solving complex challenges or helping customers find the right parts, Sueann ensures her team is always ready to assist.

Outside of work, Sueann enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Family means everything to her, and she brings that same warmth and care to her leadership at TKE Spare Parts.
