Business Development Manager

Ryan brings a deep understanding of the elevator industry to his role as Business Development Manager, where he focuses on growing TKE's Spare Parts customer base, increasing recurring revenue, and identifying new sales opportunities across North America. He works closely with our Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to expand our reach and strengthen relationships with key accounts, consultants, and OEM partners.


Prior to joining TKE, Ryan held progressive sales and account management roles at Otis Elevator and Unitec, where he managed high-profile portfolios, led modernization proposal efforts, and consistently ranked among the top sales reps in the region. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing customer-centric solutions across service, repair, and modernization segments.

Originally from Orange County, NY and now based in New York City, Ryan is a passionate sports fan who enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants around the city. He values building strong relationships and brings positive energy to every project he takes on.
