Mike Scott is the Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Spare Parts at TK Elevator, where he leads strategic efforts to optimize operations, elevate field performance, and enhance customer satisfaction across North America.

Since joining TKE in 2022 after an 18-year career at General Electric, Mike has driven impactful, enterprise-wide initiatives.

With over 25 years of cross-functional roles across multiple industries, he brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, operational improvements, and innovation.
